Villa Simone has been designed by the owners to have an unforgettable stay in Fuerteventura. Vintage furniture, travel souvenirs, and design pieces : Every detail, every item of decor has been thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home.
The space
In an ecological approach, Villa Simone is completely self-sufficient in electricity - many photovoltaic panels guarantee you the necessary energy - and the wastewater from the house is recycled and used for garden irrigation.
The villa has of course a high speed internet connection.
In its 5-bedroom configuration, Simone offers you 2 living modules, sleeping luxuriously 10 hosts. This flexible organization allows everyone to live at their own pace and enjoy moments of privacy.
Module 1 (the main house):
The main house revolves around a very large living room. The American kitchen is fully equipped and you can dine for 10 guests around the beautiful concrete table.
This module accommodates 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
> Bedroom 1, upstairs: 1 queen size bed (160x200cm), private bathroom.
> Bedroom 2 and 3, on the ground floor: 2 beds of 90x200cm with the possibility of bringing them together in a king size thanks to a comfortable mattress topper. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Module 2 (Villa Colette, adjoining Villa Simone):
The second, completely independent module also hosts a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room. Its 2 bedrooms share a beautiful bathroom.
Outdoor spaces:
The landscaped garden, with its stepped terraces, offers many spaces of conviviality and privacy, according to the desires.
Gas Grill.
Bali stone pool of 3x9m, heated all year round between 27 and 29°.
Module 2 also has its own fully equipped terrace with a gas BBQ.
Private indoor parking lot.
Villa Simone lends itself particularly well to organizing yoga retreats (possibility of installing up to 15 yoga mats).
You will be able to benefit from the services of a yoga teacher, a home chef or a home masseuse upon request.
Attention: for security reasons, the original architecture of the villa and gardens is incompatible with the hosting of young children under the age of 12.
