VILLASLAJARES ACTING AS AGENT TO EACH OWNER OF THE VILLA

A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WILL BE SENT TO BOOK THE VILLA.

Basic price: 350€/night
Final cleaning: 220€
Minimum stay: 5 nights
Amount of security deposit: 1000€ (the security deposit works with the SWIKLY APP. It’s a pre-authorization on credit card)

We ask each passport or DNI copy to register the customers with local police.

Fee commission of villaslajares: 7% of the total price of the villa (e.g., if you have to pay 1500€, villaslajares will charge you 105€)
No pets unless discussed with the owner first.
Max occupancy: 6 people.
Check-in: after 5 pm
Check-out: before 10 am unless there are no guests prior or after (to be discussed with the house manager).

Bed linens, towels, internet, water, and electricity are included in the price.

RESERVATIONS CONDITIONS

• Guarantee deposit upon reservation: 50% by bank transfer.
• 2nd payment 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the reservation is due by bank transfer.
• Security deposit is paid by SWIKLY SYSTEM. Swikly is a highly secure system that allows you to leave a security deposit online, via debit or credit card, without a debit or impact on your credit card limit.
• The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND CANCELLATION FEES

• Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email.
• Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time.
• Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
• The villaslajares service fee is non-refundable.
• To receive a complete refund of the nightly rate, the guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
• If you cancel the reservation between the arrival day and 29 days before your arrival, the first payment of 50% will be kept fully.
