Rental Conditions - Villa Odo
VILLASLAJARES ACTING AS AGENT TO EACH OWNER OF THE VILLA. A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WILL BE SEND TO BOOK THE VILLA. HERE IS THE RENTAL CONDITIONS. CONTACT US TO ASK OR BOOK IT.

Basic price is 290€/night, 320€/mid season, 350€/high season, 400€/Peak and 450€ superpeak summer period for 4 people.

Every additional person + 30€/night (if more than 4 people)

Final cleaning 200€.

Minimum stay 6 nights

A stay longer than 2 weeks may allow different check out days upon agreement from owner

Amount of security deposit : 1500€

Fee commission of villaslajares : 7% total price of villa (ex : if you have to pay 1500€, villaslajares will charge of you of 105€)

No pets unless discussed with the owner first

Max occupancy 6 adults

Check in after 4pm, check out before 10 am unless there are no guests prior or after (to be discussed with house manager)

Bed linens, towels and pool towels, internet, water and electricity, are included in the price

The pool is heated at 27 degrees all the year
RESERVATIONS CONDITIONS
- Guarantee deposit upon reservation : 30 % by bank transfert.
- 2nd payment 21 Days to arrival day : 70 % of total amount of reservation is due by bank transfert or cash at your arrival.
- Security deposit is paid by SWICKLY SYSTEM. Swikly is a highly secure system that allows you to leave a security deposit online, via debit or credit card, without debit or impact on your credit card limit.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND CANCELLATION FEES
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
- The villaslajares service fee is non-refundable.
- If you have to cancel our trip the 30% is Non-refundable. Trip can be creditable on other stay/period if travel problem related to covid
