Rental Conditions - Villa Gaia
VILLASLAJARES ACTING AS AGENT TO EACH OWNER OF THE VILLA. A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WILL BE SEND TO BOOK THE VILLA. HERE IS THE RENTAL CONDITIONS. CONTACT US TO ASK OR BOOK IT.
Basic price is 350€/night
Final cleaning 200€.
Heated pump : xtra cost 15€/day, ask 48 before arrival
Minimum stay 3 nights
Amount of security deposit : 1000€
Fee commission of villaslajares : 7% total price of villa (ex : if you have to pay 1500€, villaslajares will charge of you of 105€)
No pets unless discussed with the owner first
Max occupancy 6 adults
Check in after 5pm, check out before 10 am unless there are no guests prior or after (to be discussed with house manager)
Bed linens, towels and pool towels, internet, water and electricity, are included in the price
RESERVATIONS CONDITIONS
Guarantee deposit upon reservation : 50 % by bank transfert.
2nd payment 14 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to bank transfer or cash at your arrival.
Security deposit can be made via Bank transfert 7 days before arrival day or in cash On site.
The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND CANCELLATION FEES
Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
The villaslajares service fee is non-refundable.
To receive a complete refund of the nightly rate the guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
If you cancel the reservation between arrival day and 29 day before your arrival the first payment of 50% will be kept fully.
