Rental Conditions - Villa Julianoa

VILLASLAJARES ACTING AS AGENT TO EACH OWNER OF THE VILLA. A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WILL BE SEND TO BOOK THE VILLA. HERE IS THE RENTAL CONDITIONS. CONTACT US TO ASK OR BOOK IT.

  • Basic price is 240€/night for 4 people.
  • Every additional pax pays 20€/night up to 4 people  - with max 6 people in the villa.
  • Heated pool is an add cost +20€/day from 01st nov to 31 of may
  • Final cleaning 200€.
  • Minimum stay 3 nights
  • Amount of security deposit : 1500€ the security deposit is working with SWICKLY APP.  It’s a pre-autho on credit card 
  • We ask each passport or dNi copy to register the customers to local police
  • Max occupancy 6 pax - Kids will be only accepted up to 12 years old
  • Fee commission of villaslajares : 7% total price of villa (ex : if you have to pay 1500€, villas Lajares will charge of you of 105€)
  • No pets
  • Max occupancy 6 pax
  • Check in after 5pm, check out before 10 am unless there are no guests prior or after (to be discussed with house manager)
  • Bed linens, towels and pool towels, internet, water, electricity  are included in the price
  • The pool is heated at 27 degrees from 01st of November untill the 31 of may , Please note the pool is a salted chlorine free pool and there is a security cover to the little children.
 

RESERVATIONS CONDITIONS

  • Guarantee deposit upon reservation : 50 % by bank transfert.
  • 2nd payment 30 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due by bank transfert or cash at your arrival.
  • Security deposit is paid by SWICKLY SYSTEM. Swikly is a highly secure system that allows you to leave a security deposit online, via debit or credit card, without debit or impact on your credit card limit. 
  • The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND CANCELLATION FEES

  • Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
  • Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
  • The villaslajares service fee is non-refundable.
  • To receive a complete refund of the nightly rate the guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
  • If you cancel the reservation between arrival day and 29 day before your arrival the first payment of 50% will be kept fully.
