Basic price is 200€/night, 220€ in high season for 2 people

Every additional pax pays 15€/night.

Final cleaning 170€.

Heated pool : xtra charge of +15€/day

Minimum stay 5 nights

Arrival day : must be a Saturday or a Sunday.

A stay longer than 2 weeks may allow different check out days upon agreement from owner

Amount of security deposit : 1000€ with SWICKLY APP. It’s a pre-autho on credit card. We ask each passport or dNi copy to register the customers to local police

Fee commission of villaslajares : 7% total price of villa (ex : if you have to pay 1500€, villaslajares will charge of you of 105€)
- No pets unless discussed with the owner first
- Max occupancy 8 ppl
- Check in after 4pm, check out before 10 am unless there are no guests prior or after (to be discussed with house manager)
- Bed linens, towels and pool towels, internet, water and electricity are included in the price

RESERVATIONS CONDITIONS
- Guarantee deposit upon reservation : 50 % by bank transfert.
- 2nd payment 14 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due by bank transfert or cash at your arrival.
- Security deposit is paid by SWICKLY SYSTEM. Swikly is a highly secure system that allows you to leave a security deposit online, via debit or credit card, without debit or impact on your credit card limit.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND CANCELLATION FEES
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
- The villaslajares service fee is non-refundable.
- If you have to cancel our trip the 30% is Non-refundable. Trip can be creditable on other stay/period if travel problem related to covid
